Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using AdsInAgents (the "Service"), operated by Techguyver Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payout details you provide are your own.

3. What the Service does

AdsInAgents displays a clearly disclosed sponsored line in your coding agent's status output. Every ad is labeled as sponsored. We pay you for verified impressions of that line, subject to the verification and payout terms below.

Ad selection and pricing are provided through our advertising partners. We may add, change, or remove advertisers at any time.

4. Disclosure is non-negotiable

Sponsored content shown by the Service is always labeled. You agree not to modify, hide, remove, or obscure the sponsored disclosure, and not to misrepresent sponsored content as independent or editorial. Doing so is a material breach and may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings and termination.

5. Earnings and verification

You earn only on impressions that pass our viewability verification. An impression that is not verified, or that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, automated, incentivized, or otherwise non-genuine, does not earn and may be reversed after the fact.

We may withhold or claw back earnings attributable to invalid activity, including but not limited to bots, emulators, click farms, or manipulation of the verification signal.

6. Payouts

You may cash out once your verified balance reaches the stated minimum (currently $10). Payouts are made to the connected payout account you provide and may be subject to processing times and fees imposed by our payment processor.

You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. We may require tax information before issuing payouts.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the verification system; generate artificial impressions or clicks; run the Service on infrastructure whose purpose is to inflate earnings; or use the Service in violation of any law or the terms of your coding agent.

8. Your data

The Service does not log your keystrokes and does not transmit your source code off your machine. We collect only what is needed to verify impressions and pay you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and remove it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Verified, untainted earnings accrued before termination remain payable.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular level of earnings, ad fill, or availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techguyver Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount we paid you in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
